    Staff are so so friendly and helpful! Hadn’t ridden a bike for years and they gave lots of advice about which bike to hire and which route to take. Had an amazing time with an easy to follow map/instructions, then finished in the cafe with a milkshake and brownie. Definitely recommend!

Very competitive pricing and expert advice/guidance. Excellent service, great coffee and ideal location - what's not to like? Highly recommended.

    Disappointed with the service of my Slash 8 in the last week. Usually, I take it to Trek as they do a really good job; however, I wanted to try to support a local shop instead. Parents dropped the bike off with a note from me detailing what I believed to be wrong (rear hub bearings worn) and to address anything else they found on the bike. The cost (£45) was a little high for the work involved, and the lack of a work order, so I could see what that money went to, was disappointing. When I got the bike back, I found that the derailleur had bent and the bike no longer shifted into the top gear. Considering I left the bike with them with working gears, I was further disappointed. Having heard similar poor experiences from other riders, I sadly won't be returning to have a bike serviced with them again.
