Bought a Nissan juke from here 3 months ago, lovely car and great service from the minute I walked through the door, the sales guy Zain left me in peace to look over the car at my own pleasure which was a delight, I had a few questions which were answered which seal the deal for me, the cars look 10/10 the care and thought that goes in to them, lovely selection of cars great place all round would very highly recommend to anybody, thanks guys, keep up the good work ☺️

We found a car on auto trader and arranged a viewing after paying 100 deposit. We agreed to pay the deposit and purchase the car as long as it was as explained on auto trader. (Which said it drove great with no faults) We got there to view, took it on a test drive and found ourselves pulling over after a few minutes to investigate a strong burning smell and lots of smoke coming from the exhaust. As well as many warnings on the dash. We took it back and explained why we no longer wanted the car. They did then offer to take us back out to see how it drove on another go. However the fact not even the dash warnings were mentioned to us prior to paying a deposit, we felt they were not trust worthy as they had not been honest. We asked if we were able to get our deposit back. The gent agreed and said he would refund it to our bank. However only gave us half back. We understand a deposit was paid to hold the car. However the car was not as described and we were given confirmation a full refund would be given but this was not the case. It’s a shame as we drove over two hours there and two hours back. Be cautious if you purchase a car here. Time waster. Only got a 2 star as the gent was polite (minus only the 50 percent refund)
