Unfortunately all your efforts must of been in vain as I can see your friends business failed. Truly awful company to deal with. I purchased an item from them through Amazon. They sent the wrong product. After rudely telling me to take it up with Amazon, they then lied, and said I had received the correct product, just in a different colour. The item was a by a completely different brand. They then refused to send out a returns label. In the end, Amazon refunded me through their A-Z Guarantee. Every message I received from Deals Incorporated was rude, unprofessional, and bordering on aggressive.
