I used Deal Locksmiths to get my dads door sorted, they confirmed immediately an appointment for the afternoon, which was good as the door wouldn’t lock.. Mark sorted it all out quickly, and then texted me (who’d made the appointment as my dads fairly old), to confirm all done.. all in all I found this to be a great service and would recommend..

We rang as a tennant couldnt lock the front door, and very quick she had someone at her door to fix the problem. They made sure she could lock and unlock her door when they'd finished, replaced the barrell and done all repairs necessary. No it wasnt cheap but for a quality job with british standard locks and a 5 year guarantee, together with obviously a call out charge it was about what i expected it to be. I couldnt fault the speed, the efficiency and i would have no hesitation to recommend these people 100%

Unfortunately I have to make a negative comment and don't recommend this service to anyone. The guy arrived late then I had to call another person. I refused to pay because I didn't get the service. The person harassed me, insulted me and the say after snapped something into the front door managing the Locke. Good luck with them!

Must have been cheaper if truly based near Deal and not in North Kent. Hence the 2 hour wait and £105 for 20 seconds work. It took longer to write the invoice than to open the door.
