Having used Deakin white to buy my first property few years ago I was in no doubt then when it comes to selling I would be using them again. Everybody in the team genuinly care about their customers and do everything they can whether your selling or buying they try make it as smooth as possible and keep in constant contact throughout the process to keep you updated and aware of things. I have dealt with a few people within deakin white all were equally as helpful and informative. Special thank you to Sarah that kept in constant contact with ourselves and our buyer even outside of her working hours which shows she genuinely cared for both. We had a complex case where we needed to move by a certain date, Sarah did everything in her power to meet this date and was in constant contact with both solicitors to ensure we could complete on time. Thanks to Sarah and all her hard work the deadline was met on time. Been a bumpy road (not deakin fault) but Sarah has been amazing throughout the process and I would recommend anyone to use this estate agent. The list of potential buyers is huge as well- we unfortunately had 3 sales fall though (again, not deakins fault) and each time we found a new buyer within around a week. For a leasehold flat with a short lease, it is impressive. Communication from final buyer was extremely poor but Sarah made it her mission to contact them every day to chase updates for us. The WhatsApp group has been great for updates, and we had quick responses from Sarah. A++++
