After battling for months to get the most basic standard of care, the evil woman who runs this place is chucking 8 families off their books on CHRISTMAS DAY and has the cheek to claim that the council are making her do it! We've been with De Vere since 2009, seen managers come and go and seen the care deteriorate under this woman by her playing with people's lives, creating jobs through nepotism, neglecting duties and forcing out anyone who dares to cross her. She's dragged this company into the ground, but the only ones who suffer are the clients & frontline staff. Oh no, they have an incredible staff turnover in the office too, wonder why!
