AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Unless you want to be waken up by weddings at 9am. Just stayed in room 1025 over the weekend. and Saturday and Sunday morning just after I had wake up to a very loud noise on both days. I spoke to reception on Saturday the lady acted surprised “oh there is a wedding- we didn’t know they started it already” she also promised that she will check that if there is another wedding on Sunday and will let me know. She failed to come back to me. The same thing happened on Sunday 9am we had to wake up for same noise. Spoke to reception again and they didn’t seem to be bothered. I explained we came to the hotel to relax and have some rest. I left the hotel more tired than when I arrived. It’s very unfair from the hotel they will treat their guests less than the wedding guests. Staff was very unhelpful and the manager was unavailable at both occasions. Very disappointed!!!!!

Absolutely incredible hotel, great food, comfy beds, good showers. Just don't leave anything on the floor - I left a bag on the floor that contained a rather expensive bracelet and was thrown away, which I informed them of and haven't had a response. Had a great time, but a little disappointed that I didn't get a response or an apology.

I would recommend this hotel. We stayed here the weekend of the kings coronation. The hotel was lovely and the ground were beautiful. I gave the room a 4 star as it was a bit dated and didn't have a fridge or evem given water. The rooms were also far from the main hotel. We ate at the buffet restaurant, which had a Mexican night. Honestly I don't think it was worth the amount they charged per person. We tried to eat at the other sit down restaurant but it was fully booked and we weren't aware that we had to book. Nevertheless the experience was a good one. Breakfast was good a wide selection and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool was good, we took our 5 year old and there was no time restrictions on when kids can go.
