I had a problem with delivery. Not De La Creme's fault at all, and Jay sorted this out for me immediately. That aside the coat I ordered was perfect. I have been after a maxi trench coat for a while now. For some unknown reason they seem to be either waist or mid length. So I recommend this shop and am already looking at more nice clothes. Thanks for both great customer service and beautiful clothes.

Very happy - I bought a lovely military-style coat off De LaCreme but accidentally ordered size 8 instead of 16! I sent it back (which was easy as they have a form which you can fill in, and also complete something online) and they were really cool about it and followed it up and I got to deal with an actual human being (try doing that on Amazon!). The coat is really stylish and very well made. I would recommend them and will buy from them again, and I feel it is good to buy stuff from smaller, UK-based companies 😀
