I like you guys, been with you for many years and I think one of the best GP surgery in London, however, lately, I have had to call to get my monthly prescriptions approved so that it can be delivered on time before I run out. Lloyds Pharmacy keeps on having to send multiple requests for my prescriptions but half the time they don't hear back from you and I have to call you to get it sorted. I could do without that additional stress. Thanks.

My family and i are incredibly lucky to have this as our local surgery, the staff are always so welcoming and accomodating, the doctors really go the extra mile to make us feel extra taken care of. Always attentive and incredibly kind. Whenever I’ve had an appointment here i always leave feeling so much better, the doctors here have no idea what a great impact they make on our lives. I dont know how they do it given the ongoing state of the nhs. Special thanks to Dr James, Dr Asim, Dr Marlowe, the level and quality of care at this practice is second to none. An incredible team of hardworkers and need to be commended for their efforts.

I had the LUCK to be a patient with this practice in 2020. Dr Singh was kind, attentive and efficient. The staff at the front desk were always polite and helpful. Even during the worst of the pandemic they proved to be responsive and adaptable. Honestly, a reason on its own right to move in the area. I don't know how they do it given the current state of the NHS.

I just wanted to acknowledge and thank Dr Worthington. I cant always say i have the best experience at this surgery, but Dr Worthington has renewed my faith. She showed patience, care and professionalism at my most vulnerable time and i really appreciated it. Im a great supporter of the NHS and recognise the important job they do, but like any job, the service you recieve really depends on the individual. Dr Worthington is definitely a beacon and I just wanted to say thank you, I dont know if you knew how much you helped me, you are a credit to the surgery.
