So I requested to have measurements done for my bathroom, despite being promised that I will have someone come the next working day, no one turns up. A week later still chasing for someone to come out, they tell you it'll be tomorrow and never happens. Probably best to avoid this place as constant lies and false promises.

Very badly fitted, I won’t be going back to this shop and I will warn you now it might be cheap but the fitting just ruins it. Badly cut edges, damage to the stairs skirting, Lino won’t stick down after a few weeks it’s bubbling up. They don’t silicone or finish off the edges. Cut and stick extra pieces instead of one piece. The main problem is the carpets…. I have a big long hump all across the living room and in the daughters bedroom like they haven’t pulled it tight or it’s just the scrap ends of the roll. Very bad workmanship. I will not be going back ever again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Put my flooring down cut wrongfully and put together like a mismatch puzzle for them to have to remove and leave my flooring covered in glue now have been scrubbing and scrapping for two hours with little removed damaged my units horrendous I will be taking to small claims!

We have now had 5 carpets from this place and had the last two fitted. Can't rate them enough. The guy in the shop is quick decicive not to mention one of the cheapest you will find. A pleasure to deal with. I have had no problems with the fitters either they just get on and leave no fuss at all. Only draw back is getting rid of the rubbish but that is small price to pay for how cheap carpet was in first place.

Absolutely disgusted with job and behavior.. They were lying us all time. First lie we will come next Saturday for measurements, didn't call, didn't came. Then repeated same thing next time, we agree for time he didn't show up... Than I told them when he finally showed up, I told him I don't like when people dont show up on appointment, but its only important is to you do proper job... He said I have 20 years of experience I will do proper job.. And on that day he never show up.. His son who is probably 16 years old, he did job.. I told son please be careful with walls,everything is fresh painted and please take off shoes when you fit carpet. I look at him in one moment when he was going downstairs he was touching with both hands wall (and there was no reason for him to do that). Than he said he will take off shoes, but he never did, going outside and when I said what you are doing, he said shoes are clean... After job was done, we found 10 mistakes... We also found fingers on others area... Avoid... liars...
