Really helpful staff, especially Emily in the office, the fella that carried our tiles to the car was very friendly and chatty. The Nouveau Home Comfort tiles we chose are really soft and good quality, they are also bleachable which we tested before purchase by pouring neat bleach on a sample, and they really are. Highly recommended.

The website shows prices for individual tiles and also allows you to order individual tiles. However, you cannot order less than a full box. Having ordered what I wanted and paid for it I was told I couldn't order less than a full box. I now have to wait a week for my refund. I suggest you alter your website to not take orders if you are not going to honour them. Extremely disappointed with this company and you must be doing very well to be able to refuse a £200 order!

Excellent quality and service, this is the first time I have used this company for floor tiles. We used them on a camper van conversion to make a lovely floor ,I fitted them myself so can say they are lovely to work with and join very well in fact you can hardly see the joins The company do offer a fitting service , can't comment there as said I fitted myself . Very very pleased would highly recommend this company should I need flooring in my house I will definitely be ordering again

I have been buying from DCT for a number of years after finding them on a Google search. I am a Facilities Manager and undertake a lot of refurbishment projects that involve flooring. DCT agreed some great prices with me and have always been really helpful giving advice regarding quality and colours. We have always had quick deliveries and good quality from DCT. I also value the friendly and helpful team that work there as nothing is too much trouble and of course we all enjoy the Christmas song! I highly recommend DCT for your flooring supplies, I wouldn't buy from anyone else!
