Terrible service ordered on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery only for it not to turn up even though I was given a ETA for delivery. Was promised it would be out for delivery Thursday. Same result again even after calling to chase for another ETA was told it would be delivered by 4pm. It's now Friday and was told it would be delivered today and what a surprise still not here. Spoke to a manager called Sophie who told me it would be sent out and I should recieve it by latest 8pm today. Not banking on it. Also I said that this would probably my last order with them to which I got a response of well that's fine then. Nice to know customer services is alive. If you cant live up to your next day service you should really inform customers as we shouldn't have to chase. Terrible service. Please refund my money as I paid for this product when placing my order
