Stay clear... i nearly brought a car at top book price, which i was told was clean!!. Fortunately for me as i know nothing about cars i got a friend who knows everything about cars to come and check it as it looked in too good condition wise to be true. Not a dint or scratch on an 8 year old car. It took him 5 mins to establish this car was DEFINITELY not a clean car. Obviously been put back together again!! Very shady. I would not recommend.

PLEAEE AVOID BUYING FROM THESE DEALERS! Absolutely horrific! Bought the car afew months back, taken to garage 6 times already with various issues and faults. Repairs and replacement of parts with hefty cost of over £500. Spoken to Gemma who’s the manager on the phone to try and resolve issue, I found her so rude and unprofessional. She put the phone down in my face! WHAT A DISGRACE!

After purchasing a Ford Fiesta from this company in July, I had the check engine light come on 3 days after having the vehicle. The spark plug had blown which caused the coil packs to burn out 3 DAYS AFTER. Now supposedly the car was fully serviced before it come to me, which could not have been the case, both front tyres (which were checked daily and had the correct tyre pressure) have blown within a month of eachother. Despicable service from this company, yeah they might have good customer service skills, but their vehicles are a death trap. (We've had private mechanics all saying the same thing, the car should not have been sold)

Wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from them at all. Whilst waiting for documents the lady there starting swearing to the people working in the garage which wasn’t a great start. Second was they tried to sell the car with a tyre that had a chunk missing out the side wall and then tried to blame me for doing it on the test drive. The worst thing is when we got the car home a few days later I noticed the locking wheel nut key wasn’t anywhere. I phoned them and they didn’t seem to care, I was expected to drive over 3hr there and back for their mistake. I have tried now for over 2 weeks to get them to sort something and all I get is them saying we shall call you and they never do. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
