Drew recently refurbished a shower room to make it safer for an older relative. From start to finish the service was incredibly professional, Drew listened to the problems and fully understood what needed to be done, he was very clear on what he would do, was patient when we changed the spec and needed a new quote! Before the work started Drew kept us informed of progress, and reconfirmed dates, he was always on time, very clean and tidy. Drew was particularly understanding of the needs of an older person and consulted her throughout the installation to ensure her needs were met. I have no hesitation in recommending DCL Plumbing for any work.

Drew has completed work for us twice now. The first time was to remove an old kitchen sink that had leaked and rotted the work top fitted a new sink in smother part of the kitchen and took out bulky out dated piping condensing it down to less bulky and more modern pipes. During this visit he moved our washing machine into our conservatory providing us with s utility room and gave us more space in our kitchen. Second visit was to fix our flush on our toilet thst overflowed every time it was flushed. Drew gave us advice on options and completely removed the old flush and replaced it with an up to date more efficient quiet flush. He knows his stuff, he makes us feel completely at ease and fully trust his advice. He has always arrived on time and polite. Always keeps the area clean and tidy.

Drew came promptly to quote, was very polite, reassuring about what needed to be done and was clear about his hourly rate and likely cost of parts. He helped us to choose a suitable design of shower and taps and ordered them for us, was reliable about coming on the day he arranged and was quick, clean and tidy and polite. Couldn’t ask for more, the shower looks great and everything is working perfectly. His charges were reasonable for the job. No complaints at all.
