I'll start by saying the customer service, knowledge and end product are first class. I had (unbeknownst to me) a John Wayne remapping company, remap my Ford Tranist Custom (18 plate). To say the map was shocking was an understatement. I went to DC after seeing the reviews and on their closer inspection not only had John Wayne made a mess of the remap, but they hadn't done a number of other things I had paid good money for (DPF, Adblue, both of which were to supposed to have been fixed but weren't). DC sorted everything out, even staying till 10pm to get it all sorted for me. Great chap, friendly and gave great knowledge. Highly recommend. Van went in with a supposed 205BHP (430torque) it was actually 190bhp (barely as the blocked filters weren't allowing it to pull). Now it's 213bhp and 540torque and pulls like a train. Had an 11am appointment this morning with DC Remapping UK, drove over from Barnsley with our BMW 335d. Lovely people with wealth of knowledge of their industry, nice little unit with all top spec equipment. Modern waiting area with complementary drinks/ air fresheners Netflix and comfy seats for whilst you wait was a pleasant surprise. We got some really good figures from the car i’ve included the summary image and it’s driving like a dream. Well worth the visit, the reviews speak for themselves, reasonable price for a top notch service. We will be recommending and will be returning. Thank you
