I'd actually rate this solicitor -5*. Absolutely appalling in every way possible. Couldn't rate them low enough!! Sacked them off for a solicitor who knows how to do their Job. If you want your house sale or purchase to go smoothly I strongly recommend you look elsewhere unless you enjoy ripping your hair out and getting nowhere.

Avoid at all costs. Do not settle for cost over quality, pay more and get the job done properly. Faye McNally is completely ignoring my solicitor who has been emailing for over a week to exchange and complete on a house purchase that has taken 8 months! Disgraceful company, surprised they haven’t been shut down, although I have reported them to the legal ombudsman, so hopefully other people will not have to suffer.
