We asked DB Sharp for a quote for some work in our loft- an issue with the extractor pipe. It wasn’t a big job but was important to us. Paul came out to have a look, went up, said he would give us a quote. We had to chase and chase and chase, weeks went by, all we wanted was a quote! Phone calls left unanswered, messages left and not returned. Finally, they quoted for work that was clearly unnecessary. In the end, we went elsewhere, got the issue resolved for £1500 less that what DB Sharp quoted us. An absolute shambles!

Horrible experience. No communication. Disappeared for weeks at a time without communicating with us. They never reply to phone communication and are never available to discuss your concerns. We only got them to act in the end by sending an official written complaint. What should have been a simple 8 week project became an extremely stressful and upsetting 7 month project. In fact they never even finished out job leaving all the brick work outside a total mess. Very disappointed and heartbroken by this experience

You get what you pay for. Our house project was always going to be a big project, so I decided from the very start that I want to use a company that had experience and man power to complete the build. Every single trade that worked on the house were skilled, efficient and above all real nice people. It wouldn’t be fair to single out anyone’s name as I was happy with everyone. Over the year, there was some sticky moments but I was always expecting that. However we got through it and they delivered beyond what I was expecting. Would I use them again? - yes.

I can't recommend DB Sharp and team more highly. They renovated and added a double storey extension to our house. The house was completely refurbished- new roof, windows and doors, electrics and plumbing. The team carried out the work on our 1926 home in a very sympathetic manner, even making suggestions for small touches which have added a lot to the overall finish. I found all the guys working for DB Sharp extremely trustworthy, reliable and friendly. The work was carried out in the agreed timescale and to an extremely high standard. Communication with the team was great and there were no hidden extras when it came to the bill. I am very happy to recommend DB Sharp to anyone taking on any scale of building work. You will not regret it.
