    From my first communication with DB Roberts, the service was impeccable. I enquired about a listing and I was contacted by phone to follow up. I explained my situation and wishlist and a member of the team advised me of the name of the agent dealing with my property of interest. This was then followed up with a personal email with the name and contact number of Sam Garbett. Sam then called me to find out my preferred time to view. Sam liaised with the vendor and accommodated a request to coincide with my daughter's pick up from school. To say my experience was seamless and problem-free would be an understatement. Not only was Sam professional, efficient and thoughtful, he was personable and helpful. Any calls to the office were acknowledged by email to confirm receipt of my message and then a call was then made to follow up on my query. The team are fantastic and kept me informed of what information they required in order to get things moving. Thank you for a great experience as a buyer.
