Darran dealt promptly and professionally with a sudden leak that occurred in our house on a bank holiday and he guided us through what needed to be done to prevent any further water damage. He came round early the following morning to disconnect a faulty water heater and install an isolation valve. Darran was recommended to us and we would certainly pass on the recommendation. Excellent service from Darran as usual. He fitted a kitchen mixer tap replacement that we had sourced and whilst doing that also installed a local isolation valve for the hot water supply. As a result of this work, turning off the hot water isolation valve in the airing cupboard for the first time in years highlighted a leak which he was able to fix with a replacement gate valve two days later. Darran has always been able to offer good advice and service and we will continue to use him for some further improvements that we plan to make in future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Darran ticks all the boxes in terms of communication, organisation and response times. Whining pipes within our cold water system probably wasn't the biggest problem that he has had to solve, but the noise was driving us nuts. Consequently, we were very pleased when he diagnosed and fixed the problem of a defective float valve far quicker than expected, and at a cost completely in line with his very reasonable Terms and Conditions. Most impressed and will be more than happy to use Darran again
