Alright service but may try to rip you off. We had a agreed a price of £60 for new strings and peg replacement (as stated on the receipt) and service fee. I picked up the guitar with new strings however I noticed that instead of replacing the peg, they used resin to fill the crack in the peg (which seems like a cheaper service - as seen in the photo). Nevertheless, they still insisted I pay the full £60 despite the peg not being replaced.

Really great service, and wonderful to have a luthier in Stoke Newington. Had my acoustic's neck action adjusted, and an electric guitar looked at which had issues with it's volume control. Both were done quickly to a high standard, and everyone in the shop were friendly. I even had a play on the luthier's handmade guitar while I was waiting. Will be definitely bringing more guitars there when I need to have them serviced.
