After handing my car over to DB Autos, it was returned to me a few days later with the chrome strip on the door not secured correctly. I returned the car the next day, the asst manager was apologetic regarding the outstanding work. I was told I’d receive a free tank of fuel as compensation for the poor quality of work and I’d have the car back the same day. It took over a week before I got the car back and I never received the free tank of fuel, really disappointed with the service and being messed about. Service: Body & Trim

Phoned today on our way to Cheltenham. Had the car repaired last year after extensive door damage. Electrical fault appeared recently to the same door We were told to bring our car in straight away. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, lent us a courtesy car to continue our shopping trip and on our return the car was fixed and had been cleaned inside and out. Danny and his team really do go the extra mile and their service is second to none. Would always use and recommend this company in the future. Thank you so much.
