Such lovely cheerful bunch of girls running this place, took my pup for his first full professional groom/cut told me he’d be done by a certain time and he was bang on! Perfect due to work for me! He looks so good and clean! He can also see again now!! Pleasure thank you so much! Will be using on regular basis now! I’d give more stars if I could!!

Very poor example of a dog grooming business. Contradictory information provided continually. Staff are abusive to both customers and pets. They keep your deposit and block your number from calling. Extortionate.

I can not recommend this place enough. My little Darla is extremely nervous around new people and new environments. Darla came to me when she was 6, so we have been on a journey to build her confidence. The girls have been absolutely incredible with her. They allowed Darla time to process and let Darla go to them, not the other way round. They allowed me to stay to sooth Darla and even hugged me when I cried (no fault of theirs, I had just built up this day in my head.) However, I went and sat in the car after 20 minutes because Darla was ok and I could see she was in great hands. Genuinely, if you have a nervous or anxious dog (or you are crazy dog parent like me) you can absolutely trust that they will be kind, patient and caring and go at your dogs pace. Just absolutely amazing! I can’t thank them enough x
