I need to read reviews before buying again!.. Paid £110 for a lifetime clear carpet protective mat.. lasted 3 weeks and now ressembles a 1000 piece jigsaw. Customer Service is a total joke, wont respond, wont accept photos and want me to post it back for a product review and testing. If you buy from here, the above is what you should expect!

My Chair Mat described as "high-lifetime polycarbonate, crack and break resistant" cracked after 3 months home use. I have sent several emails and images to floormats, with zero response. All phone calls are well answered but automated, and cut off after a few minutes with no opportunity to leave a message. I accept there can be product problems, but dealing with a supplier who doesn't communicate just compounds the problem as they are impossible to deal with.

The carpet chair mat we ordered cracked on first use and fell apart completely within a week. When the company was contacted they refused to refund or replace after being sent photos of the product. They said it needed to be sent back to Germany at our own expense and they would then decide whether they would refund or not. Appalling customer service, waste of money. DO NOT use this company.

***Please avoid at all cost, it is better to paid more and get decent product. **** Wish I had seen Floor Mats reviews here before. Mat came in tiny box, has been all crumbled when unfolded, mat been laid flat on the floor for 2 weeks and it is still crumbled and plenty of folding marks are visible. Floormats expect to send faulty product back at my own expense so they can investigate it! - unacceptable.
