Days lighting - They say on their web site that "if a product arrives and it is not what you were expecting. Send it back and you will receive a full refund." Well I did send 2 lights back on the 23rd March as they were too glitzy for my bedroom.I am still waiting for any refund 3 months on!. Despite numerous emails to them and many times trying to call Days lighting. I have had one email on the 2nd June saying they were having cash flow problems and once they had received payment I would get a refund expected last week. But guess what it is now the 16th June and still no REFUND and no communication from them. It would have been courteous to at least get a call or further email to let me know what was going on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
