June our host very friendly efficient with us. Informative and patient. Clean and functional rooms. Basic tea and coffee, absolutely fine as Inn has all amenities which is part of the services.(food court) breakfast lunch and dinner. Available 24/7 for any enquiries and services needed for the room. 2nd time back here. Will return. Close to everything. Complimentary rewards from June. Rooms: Everything needed clean and tidy

Absolute dump how can they charge 80 to 130 for some nights here and keep a straight face. Very out dated, heating did not work properly, toilet did not flush. Everything is tired and dated. Last decorated 30 years ago i would say. The room also smelt bad like moldy damp type smell. The bed is the most rock hard, springy and uncomfortable mattress i have slept on in any hotel. Sore lower back it even hurt to breathe in laying on this bed terrible nights sleep had to take pain killers because of this bed. The television was tiny cannot see it properly from the bed but that was least of my problems with my body feeling like it had been kicked and punched. If they are not going to decorate and upgrade to get the basic stuff sorted and new softer mattresses then charge 50 or 60 a night as any more it's a con. Very embarrassing the owners should be ashamed.

Awful! One night stay. On first inspection the room looked clean but then I noticed poo in the toilet. Disgusting. Went to sleep and was woken by drunk man banging on my door. I was petrified. No phone in room so couldn’t alert reception and I was too scared to go outside. Awful night before a long drive back to Cornwall on no sleep.my advice, there are better hotels for less money. I will not be back.

Stay away from this place as it is dirty, uncomfortable and dated. The mattress are very uncomfortable and old, the towels were dirty same as the shower and the breakfast is not served in the hotel instead you’re giving a voucher for the Starbucks next door which will give you the worst service you ever experienced. Can say it was the most uncomfortable hotel I ever stayed in. The only positive thing is that the staff are very friendly.
