We recently needed a comprehensive and detailed survey [RICS Level 3] of a house owned by a church organisation that I'm a trustee of. This was needed to identify any problems and to help us plan an accurate schedule of repairs and maintainence before future occupiers move in and to also help secure funding for the work needed. This meant our requirements were slightly different to a regular house purchase. Chris was prompt and professional with putting a quote together, arranging the subsequent survey and then compiling the report. All were completed on time as agreed. The report was just what we expected and needed, very thorough with clear identification of high priority issues and low priority issues. Chris also identified where we needed further investigations by specialists. Highly recommend Chris for a thorough and professional surveying service. Really good, will be expecting to use Chris' services again in the future.
