Went in looking for an item couldn’t find it so queue up to find out if they had item in stock. Person in front of me got fed up with being ignored by staff so left. I stood there waiting to be served by the staff were just chatting totally ignoring me looked behind me to find quite a queue forming. Waited 10 mins got fed up and left. If you don’t have a life use this chemist but if your in a rush steer well clear. Staff need customer service training

Ordered some Medication for my depression a few weeks ago and they didn't have it, they put in a emergency prescription Friday just gone and they still don't have it in yet. I'm not impressed at all, I listed the medication on the repeat at my doctors and the pharmacy has deliberately missed it and are now sending me in circles. It's concerning that this is happening to other people as well. Not all happy with how day Lewis are treating this. I need the medication, they just don't care at this point. I will be seeing my doctor Monday as I run out then and will ask as well to move to a different pharmacy as I'm not happy at all being treated like this by day Lewis.

Useless. Can't describe them any other way really. Carer for a client with critical meds to be taken weekly and they always forget to deliver. We even go in there 2 days before to double check they have them and will deliver them and they say "yes of course don't worry" Delivery day comes and wow look at that nothing. A elderly lady suffers due to you not being able to do your jobs. Well done guys! 👏
