Just wanted to thank them for their friendly service and support today when in there because I had a rash and I need you to top up my E 45 cream and make sure I was doing the right thing and they were really helpful and supportive so much better than the doctors, who win I really needed them. Didn’t want to see me last time so I went straight to the pharmacy this time.

The people working in the “prescription section” are visibly taking advantage of their colleague behind the till!!! There are SIX of them in the prescription section, chit chatting BS, the lady behind the till like really working and servicing people, going the extra mile, that woman was very busy serving people; when I told the people who were chit chatting BS to start fulfilling my prescription they told me blank to speak to the lady behind the till that was super or may i say ultra busy. They then carried on chit chatting things that were nothing to do with prescription medication, or customer care!!!! Insulting!!! And I am witnessing that the pharmacy gets extremely extremely busy, when it shouldn’t, if these ladies behind the prescription section would do their job with great customer service, but no instead its a hateful pharmacy with only two nice employees, the lady behind the till counter and the male pharmacist.

Never had any problems. Always helpful staff. I see only bad reviews and I thing the people love moaning and complaining and they coming in to places frustrated already. Calm down you are not a centre of universe.

My GP prescribed me a strong anti-inflammatory for pain relief. I called this pharmacy to check they had what I needed in stock. Whoever I spoke to was rude!! She told me she didn't have time for this sort of call. I told her it was because I was in a lot of pain and needed the tablets today, she eventually checked for me. Never calling this pharmacy again!!

The worst pharmacy ever, on my 1st visit the assistant insisted on shouting my medications names across the shop so everyone knew what I was picking up. I let that go. After queuing for hours. This time, I have 4 items waiting for me, I send my partner as I cant get there...she gives him 1 of the prescriptions only. Apparently he shouldve asked for the individually. A ridiculous policy which invades privacy and shows terrible staff training and procedures. Considering the half time hours they're open they should be able to get it right every single time. Making ill people worse.

Prescription short of one item again, shop closed until monday. This has happened once too often now, and so will change to Boots Delivery. This has happened to other family members also. Shame as local chemist is handy.
