  (Translated by Google) The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The bedding is comfortable. The room is not big (but we knew that when booking) Cabin bathroom, one of the taps could not be closed completely. The soundproofing is correct except with the bedroom which shares the same landing. (Original) Le quartier est calme et joli. La literie est confortable. La chambre n'est pas grande (mais on le savait au moment de la réservation) Salle de bain cabine, un des robinets ne pouvait pas être fermé complètement. L'isolation phonique est correcte sauf avec la chambre qui partage le même palier.

  Great location- 5 to 10 minute walk from 2 tube stations so easy to get to. Staff were very lovely when checking in. Room itself was a good size for us however if you are larger, the bathroom could be a bit tight but worked for us. The walls were a bit thin and could hear the neighbouring rooms a couple of times but on a whole it was very quite and the road outside was so quiet. Bed was comfy and room had everything we needed. They restocked the tea and milk facilities which was great. They don't do breakfast but there is a pret and other cafes and supermarkets next to finchley Road Station so it's so easy to get some breakfast. Very very much worth the money.

  Located near Finchley Road UG (7-10 minutes by walk in one single direction). It’s in Metropolitan line, therefore connecting to every corner is easier. Room, especially the bed is very comfortable. Martin (whom I saw once, only while check in) was super nice and informative. You can make your coffee and tea whenever you want. However, it has certain points to improve. Toilet needs to be bigger (as tiny as a airplane toilet, maybe slightly bigger). Otherwise it’s a great idea to stay there for couple of days, I guess till you fly back home.

  Located in a quiet residential area and walking distance from Finchley Road tube station,this hotel is simple, clean and ideal for a short stay. While walking up the carpeted floors & creaky stairs, one does get the feeling of living in an old English house, which is exactly what it is. We had a room with a double bed which was spacious and the high ceilings gave it a taller-wider feel. Conversely the built in bathroom is tiny, so large individuals may have some trouble. It's amazing how a sink, toilet, curtain and shower can fit in a confined space. Very functional and sufficient. The decor was simple and the linen were clean. Comfortable beds. We had a good sleep. Situated one long tube station ride from Wembley(no stop in zone 3), this place is convenient & affordable compared to other places around the concert area.

  Dawson House was a great base for our trip. Well connected and lively neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small, but, not a deal breaker in this price category. Martin is welcoming and warm, a good front man for a family business. I wish the Dawson House team all the best.

  We had a good time here. It should be said that this is not a hotel, more like a professionally run Airbnb or Guest House. Martin, who owns and runs it, was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with restaurants and Metro Stations in walking distance. The room, and the house, itself has a charming old-timey quality to it, with carpet on the floor and old sliding windows. Two things that we would have changed: the bathroom is indeed tiny, and a small fridge in the room would have been nice. Overall, for that price, it's a good option if you're in town for a few days and want something with a bit of character instead of a standard hotel room. Thanks Martin!

  Well the frist thing is location, its located near to the train station. Everything was all right as expected as mentioned including the "tiny" bathroom which is typical to most BnBs but with few quiet striking facts-no breakfast, (as it was mentioned in the booking website but no worries PRET near to the station and Rosemary cafe and juciery are ready to serve you even in early morning!), no restaurant, no room service too. Several rooms and probably booked all but no noise at all even the staff or the owner were not visible during our stay. If you are looking for a place to be without any fuss even staff at site, its the place but the exhaust in the toilet was really noisy.
