    I ordered the most beautiful 4ft spray for my mother’s coffin. I had an idea in my mind of colours and how I wanted them and they arrived looking just sensational. Katie and the team obviously took great care and made sure everything was perfect including sending us little cards to write on to be placed on the coffin.     For £80 these flowers were damaged and did not look at all like the ones I was shown… after picking them back up a second time as I wasn’t happy the flowers now look worse and was told no refund would be issued. Unacceptable!
