A fascinating visit. Holly is enthusiastic about what does, and she does it all, and explains everything very well. We enjoyed the tasting of one "champagne" cider and 3 English Quality Sparkling Wines. Something to nibble with the tasting would have been nice.

Holly was a wonderful host for our condensed vineyard visit. Our gang of seven arrived by eBikes and had a perfectly paced wine tasting while learning about the history of Daws Hill, the English sparkling wine making process, and how perfect this site is for such an operation. Highlights included using the bottle corking and caging machines and delving into the wine vaults.

Do not be put off by first impressions! This small family run vineyard was visited by my WI ladies and we had a wonderful afternoon. The vines are in a beautiful setting and Holly was a fount of knowledge and looked after us all beautifully. The wines we tasted were excellent and the 'nibbles' provided as part of our 'tasting' were a fabulous selection of cheeses, hams and crusty bread. Amazing value at £10 for a great afternoon!

We were given a insight into the travel history of Holly, that was the extent of an "interesting " tour. We won't be returning in the near or even the distant future.
