Absolutely disgusted with the service at Davyhulme Medical Centre. I understand there MAY be some backlog , but getting on AskMyGP at 8.10 to find out it’s offline because all appointments are full already is just crazy. I’ve been up and online every day for the past 3 weeks and it’s the same! It’s a joke!

Excellent medical centre. Staff always willing to help. Many clinics run through surgery as well as doctors and practice nurses. Bloods, dietitians, spirometry and more. Pharmacy attached to medical centre with small selection of other essentials.

Absolute disgrace, left without medication or an appointment in pain for days / weeks. Receptionists attitudes stink. Worst GP surgery I've ever come across

Poor service from the support staff - failure to order repeat prescriptions (surgery and lloyds both blaming each other) when all has been well for 5 years caused numerous wasted time and stress for my cancer suffering mum. Everything is an excuse/blaming another party and the attitudes are poor/unhelpful. Stark contrast to my GP surgery who are amazing.

Dreadful practice no consistency of Doctors, some, not all staff are rude and unhelpful and you are palmed off to 111 services consistently. It used to be brilliant but the pandemic cannot keep being blamed as Dr,s only work 3 days a week. So sad

Awful only one doctor ever on and can never get through when ringing. Get down from around caller 8 and when down to you getting to first in the queue you then get cut off. If lucky enough to get through get told to phone 111 its an absolute disgrace it's peoples health we are talking about here. Need medication but a doctor has to speak to me 1st which is impossible to get one to ring. Go on ask my gp and its only available for 10 mins between 8 o'clock and 10 past 8 then they turn it off. Can't get any medication or appointments it's an absolute joke. Now got to try and get medication off the Internet but could be buying dodgy stuff but have no choice as I need it urgently.
