AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!! The conveyancer I had a misfortune to deal with was Nisha Kainth. Because of her incompetence, ignorance, irresponsibility I lost a 2 bedroom 2 days before the supposed contract exchange and after 5 months of pain. Nisha not only ignored my emails and phone calls, but also email and phone calls of the Seller's solicitor. The office in Birmingham is nothing but incompetent and unprofessional. I left thousands of voice mails and messages, and no-one ever got back to me. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
