Hello again. I previously did a review which wasn't complementary of this company and this review seems to not want to be edited so I will write a second review. Anyway at first there were a few communication problems as I wasn't kept updated on why the memorial stone was taking over the time it was said it would be ready; but they did their utmost to have the headstone fitted by today valentines day which is so poignant for my mother as it is my father's headstone. So I cannot take back the words of the first review but I can thank them for excellence for the last 7 days to put things right. Thank you
