Davis Homes recently sold our house in North Weald and we couldn't be happier with the service. Knowledgable, professional and diligent. It took Chris and the team less than 2 weeks from taking the initial photos to agreeing a sale..getting us the full asking price. Plus kept us in the loop for the entire time without us needing to chase for updates, going above and beyond to manage the chain. They certainly helped take out some of the stress of moving. We sadly lost my father at Christmas and after a few months decided to sell the house and move mum closer to family I instructed Davis homes to sell all I can say is that the whole team were and are absolutely amazing a 5 star service and that’s coming from me an estate agent of over 23 years seriously if you want to sale through a top class agent then you need to call these guys would recommend all day long .
