A heat protector was given to me as a gift. Less than half way through the item the pump stopped working. I emailed to request replacement pump, to my dismay this couldn’t be done without a receipt? I returned the item for inspection and repair/replacement 6 months ago and haven’t heard a word-terrible customer service
