I order a few parts recently and received them fairly quickly , however one item was incorrect as the description did not identify different options (this was rectified once i highlighted so no other customers have this issue) however i have been trying for weeks to return this item and get a refund but without any progress. You cannot call as there are no valid numbers and email conversations last days without any resolution. It a terrible way to treat genuine customers , i have even left my number so they can call me ....still nothing. Update : they did respond and actually had sent a returns email straight away but ended up in Spam. So to be fair service is better than initially thought but a working phone number could have avoided days of waiting for nothing!!
