    As with other reviewers, my experience with Davies group, the Covercloud partner, was poor. They seem very disorganised. Long gaps in communication necessitated chasing them up. I cancelled my insurance after my recent claim and have gone with someone hopefully more reliable.

    I have helmet and leather cover on my policy and when i had an accident they are saying i need proof of purchase, when i said i don't have this they said its in my policy that i must take photos of the helmet, but i looked at my policy and it 100% does not state this but they keep going back to a policy that's not even mine, i guess I'm off to the ombudsman

    Abysmal customer service. My car was written off by a pothole. It’s almost impossible to get through to someone on the phone. None of my numerous emails have had a response. I have had no updates on the status of my car. On the 2 occasions that I did manage to speak to someone, I was told I’d be given an update after a mechanic had looked at my car. I wasn’t updated. I had to phone Nationwide Vehicle Assistance to find out what had happened to my car. Apparently the Davies Group had arranged for another company to collect the car for scrap. I wasn’t informed about this. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Please avoid this company.
