    Hello everyone ,hope this finds you well. After much deliberation and the risk of rubbing people the wrong way , I decided to post this honest review of my experiences with David Wilson over the past month. This review is a comparison of two completely different David Wilson locations - Hall Green which was the worst experience anyone can possibly have and Moorings Rugby where the experience was out of the world.. These are just my personal views based on what I experienced and i would want you to take your own judgement call. Firstly I work as an IT consultant and decided to go and look into the new homes in Shaftmoor Lane Hall Green. We liked a particular property but it was still to be released so I reached out to one Miss Natalie to enquire abt the benefits on offer. We were told via email that she had spoken to Gavin who apparently was the site head of some sort and confirmed certain benefits on offer which we could avail if we put in a deposit. My wife and I then drove to Rugby to see a similar showhome and were met with the kindest gentleman Rob who not only waited for us as we missed an exit but took extra pains of answering any questions we had. The experience was awesome as we were burying our dream home probably the only one we will ever buy in our lifetime.The property In Hall Green was priced considerably higher than the one at Rugby plus the Rugby site was offering a mortgage contribution. Going with the policy of -if you dont ask you dont get .So I went ahead and tried negotiating with Hall Green. They then responded back with the fact that further negotiation wouldn't be possible. Fair enough .I then sent an email out to them to say I accept the original terms of offer with the discount offered. Subsequent to that , a lady called Maya calls me and tells me that they wont be even able to offer the benefits as previously promised via email . I told them that Natalie had already confirmed this with me .. Maya then tells me that it was Natalie and it was a different person talking abt the benefits... I told them at the end of the day--you are one voice David Wilson.. and apparently they had received an email from this person called Gavin to revoke any benefits previously promised. I mean ..what sort of customer service is this from Gavin and the team..Maya spoke to me in a tone of "Take it or leave it ".We live in an climate of economic uncertainty and is the way you treat a potential customer.. Furthermore I was advised Natalie would correspond back with me on her return on the 28th... Maybe she is unwell but I am yet to hear from anyone at David Wilson..... All the time I have been calling the Rugby office who have told me the quality of service that I have received is not one we expect from David Wilson a five star buyer and even if I went to the CEO to complain, the complain woould trickle down to the lower level and if I intended to live there I shouldnt possibly rub people the wrong way.. But the public needs to know that the staff and management at David Wilson Tenchlee only care abt making money irrespective of customer experience.. Very very sad at the way I have been treated. and I sincerely hope someone speaks to Gavin and the sales team abt what it means to treat customers politely and at the same time make a profit. David Wilson has a good reputation as a builder.Please dont act in a power of authority without showing empathy . You will leave customers unhappy. If you dont want to give a benefit thats fine..Its your approach that matters.. If you want to only target millionaires then your mindset needs changing ..Just saying.Have a good year ahead .No hard feelings.
