Fantastic customer service from Emily in Customer Services 😎. I bought a replacement Tizio Micro for one I'd unfortunately broken in August '22. I didn't get round to unboxing it until early October - unfortunately the lamp was damaged. I contacted customer service and quite rightly they pointed out that I should've contacted them for a return soon after delivery. Nevertheless they said they'd do what they could and speak to the supplier. It was agreed that a replacement could be sent and the original picked up - all free of charge. The replacement is perfect and thanks to Emily and her team I'm a very happy and fortunate customer. Great customer service . Thank you very much.😀
