Isle of Man trip 29 /03/2023 Excellent trip my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Driver Andy is to be congratulated he was very informative, friendly and cheerful. Coach comfortable and clean. Ferry trip although slightly bumpy outwards but return smooth as silk. All trips very enjoyable. Hotel was very tired. Although staff friendly and helpful. Only entertainment on the first two nights nothing on the Friday and Saturday which very disappointing . We Would recommend the trip but not necessarily the Hotel.

Just had a weekend in Blackpool to Queen hotel from Edinburgh and we had a great time. Hotel was very clean but did need painting in places, food good but have to say Bar staff a tad rude so maybe a customer care course or is it end of season downers. Our driver John was great and kept his smile even when the smokers moaned and groaned that they didn't realise it would take this long, we hit traffic pure and simple and nothing could be done about it. Would definitely recommend John and David Urquhart coaches as we had a great time so thank you
