Honestly shocked had gave them a call, as I had a project in mind and needed an architect. Receptionist answered the phone but I were sworn at and dismissed. Very rude, shocked with level of customer service. So confused as to why I were treated like that?

My friends and family were very impressed with the how it looked, you would never know that it had been extended, as it looked so in keeping with the original build. Also submitted everything to BBC and explained the whole process to me this was my first experience of applying for planning permittion and drawing up plans. Would recommend David for his expertise and experience and aways willing to help and explain everything.

The building company felt the plans easy to follow and there wasn't any unexpected delays with the construction.
