If you visit the silver vault you definitely need to spend some time in Vault One. Besides the beautiful silver objects, the manager - Barry - is amazing! I confirm what I read in the comments left by previous customers: Barry is extremely knowledgable and it is fascinating to listen to him while he explains the history of the objects in the shop. He definitely knows how to treat customers and how to make them feel comfortable. Buying from him was a real pleasure and I am looking forward to my next visit to Vault one.

This was our first visit to The London Silver Vaults. What an experience. After visiting all the vaults, we returned to Vault One, David Shure to make our purchase. Mainly because the Barry. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and full of interesting history, It was because of Barry and his experience and knowledge of Silver we decided to buy from him.
