I saw Sally today for a pregnancy osteopath appointment. She was so helpful and I left feeling like a new woman! I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and wish I'd seen Sally sooner, because the difference is amazing. After suffering with pelvic girdle pain and sciatica, I felt so unaligned. Sally fixed this and I can't thank her enough. Sally was also so lovely and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Have just come back from visiting David Sercombe. I have been struggling with my ankle for 3 months since an injury this summer and David was able to diagnose and fix my ankle within half an hour. What a relief and would highly recommend David.

I really couldn't recommend David any more highly! He realigned my pelvis for me towards the end of my second pregnancy. He was very honest, and said he wouldn't need to see me again (after the very first visit!) The changes were immediately felt, and my wonderful labour was only 3 hours from start to finish! I honestly think it was thanks to David's gentle yet powerful work. Worth every single penny!

Very friendly, honest and approachable. David was fantastic and fixed a problem with my wrist dating back a few years in about 5 minutes. I was charged a cheaper fee due to the short nature of my visit as it was a very simple and quick fix has offered a free checkup in a couple of weeks if I need it. Very happy with them and would recommend to anyone.

Saw Sally during my 3rd pregnancy. Had been told by hospital physio that I'd need crutches or a wheelchair by the end. Not only did Sally keep me mobile without aids, pain was really low. Delivered my 11lb 4oz baby naturally because my hips were in the correct position. After my second baby, my hips were so badly out of line that a bone density scan (we were part of the Vitamin D study) showed a curve in my spine. An osteopath slowly got me back into a correct position. My third pregnancy was a big surprise and I knew I'd need help to prevent further injury. I sought help from the NHS physio before 12 weeks due to pain. They just didn't have the confidence or the maybe the training to help. They didn't look at me holistically or take account of my full history (my previous osteopath sent me the notes of the treatment). I now need to go to see Sally around every 9-12 months to keep my pelvis straight. I probably wouldn't need to go that often if I remembered to do pilates more regularly! Osteopathy isn't magic. It is worth a try. And if it doesn't work first time, talk to them! This practice is solid and very professional.

The staff here are extremely knowledgable, friendly and I felt totally have your healing in mind. I came to Sally after having suffered for four months with a twisted and tilted pelvis and within two sessions was feeling normal again. Very grateful.

Used David for over 20 years. Best in the business. If it's able to be fixed or made to be better he will get you there. I have used many around Southampton over the years and without a doubt he is the absolute best of the best.

I see Sally and she kept me off crutches in my 3rd pregnancy when the physio was doing nothing. She is a lovely person and very skilled.
