I had my first bridal appointment today and was only expecting to try a few dresses to narrow down the styles I might like to go for. I can't express enough how wonderful my stylist, Francesca was. She was so warm, patient and kind and guided me so well through the process of choosing my dress. I actually found my dream dress which was nothing like the style I had expected to go for! I'm very grateful for how easy and enjoyable the experience was - thank you so much!

I have not given this review any stars but I had to. Worst shop ever!!! Customer service awful. The wedding was my daughter's and not mine. I would have walked out day 1 as the problems strated then. One minute they could get all dresses then they couldn't. When the order finally came in one dress was the wrong size. Then problems with the actual dresses. One of the dress alteration cost was double the price then of the actual dress. During alterations the sales rep said a dress did not need altering when you could clearly see the dress was far too long. Marks on dresses. Payments were not showing on the system, staff were giving my daughter mixed messages. Go to an independent shop as your customer experience will be better.

I have to say I got my dress on my first appointment day. Moreover, the dress was within my budget. The staff were really nice and friendly, Francesca helped guide me with the fitting and she was amazing and professional all throughout! Thank you David’s bridal! Denmark was absolutely amazing!! I was dreading my experience as I'm not a fan of clothe shopping but she made my experience with my family so amazing!! Really honest and transparent and had great attention to detail. She knew exactly what I liked and did not and adapted to my Styled. I would recommend David's Bridal all staff were friendly but Deona made it extra special for me!!!

Booked an appointment at the bridal show not having a clue what I wanted or even expecting to find a dress. Francesca was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and encouraging whilst listening to what I wanted and not being at all pushy. I felt amazing at the appointment and the atmosphere was so uplifting. Millie and fran both helped with accessories that brought it all together. Thank you for a lovely experience!

The staff, selection of dresses and overall experience was amazing. They made our bride feel great and she eventually walked away with a beautiful dress. Our bride will look absolutely stunning on her wedding day. However the alterations ended up being expensive and there was a mix up with the final fitting appointment ( they hadn’t booked us in!) which caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
