I walked in with my son to find my wife a birthday present. I was looking for personalised pendant for my wife. He looked us up and down and made some comment about the products he offered being too expensive for us. I was more than happy to spend up to £1000 on the gift but I was so gobsmacked that he’d (incorrectly) judged my disposable income by looking at me in my gym gear that I walked out open mouthed. I’m sure he produces lovely product but he might want to be less judgemental about prospective customers. Very very rude man.
