    I have moved into my new home back in April 22 and got all the furniture from David Phillips. From the moment I placed an order to the moment i received the goods everything went really smooth . The installation was on time and the team was professional and knowledgeble . I was assisted by Jude ,he was understanding and prompt and even got me the coffee table with a discount 😊 The furniture looks great! Thank you all !

    Zero would be more appropriate. The most uncomfortable mattress have ever slept on in my life. Fabric is so shiny and cheap it slips all over the bed frame so constantly have to slide it back into position during the night. The springs poke in your body and the whole mattress is saggy. More comfortable to sleep on the floor

    Sadly this company have no morals anymore and nothing like the company it used to be. Have been using them for 11 years and spent approx 35,000 with them since 2011. Totally messed up a simple order this week due to a sofa I ordered not fitting into the lift so they told me to order a smaller one of the same make but an extra 134.94 just because the colour was grey and said grey was the most popular colour at the moment. So I paid it as they said this smaller sofa would definately fit into the lift but when it was delivered on 15/2 I received a call from the delivery driver saying it still would not fit into lift. I could not understand this and asked him to wait onsite while I spoke to David Phillips office but he ignored me and left the site. I was so stressed as had people moving into the flat next day and without any sofa they would not move in, but David Phillips did not care and only think about money. They insructed delivery driver to return to site and told me he and the 2nd delivery man would carry it up 4 floors as that was there limit due to Health & Safety rules, but all they did was dump it at the on-site porters office and drove off. The porters kindly carried it up 8 floors as they knew how stressed I was and I paid them 50.00 for their kindness. They too had to break their Health & Safety rules but David Phillips didn't care at all. I was due at an appointment that morning and had to cancel due to trying to sort out this fiasco between David Phillips office and their delivery drivers. It turned out that David Phillips had infact delivered the original larger sofa from last week in error and not the smaller sofa which they had charged me an extra 134.94 for & the only reason I knew this was because the on-site porters had sent me a photo of the sofa they had carried uo 8 floors and I immediately saw it was the original larger sofa, therefore if I had not had this photo I would not have known and David Phillips would have kept the extra 134.94 which I had paid for the smaller sofa even though they still delivered the original larger sofa. I then complained to one of their managers and requested a refund of the 50.00 I paid to the on-site porters for carrying the sofa up 8 floors for me which their delivery drivers did not even bother carrying it the 4 floors as instructed by their office, plus I requested a further 100.00 for the 2 hours of wasted time I spent on the phone trying to sort out their errors & mess of this delivery, as I had to arrange & pay for somebody else to cover my appointment that I was due at that morning. However David Phillips only offered me 50.00 and not the remaining 100.00 (but did say they would give 10% disc on any future order) so I now have no choice but to refer the matter to the Ombudsman to make a decision. It beggers belief how a company with a 10 million annual profit think that the extra 100.00 for my wasted 2 hours on the phone with them is too much to refund me, hence me referring this to the Ombudsman as like I told them its a matter of principle and all the errors that morning were David Phillips fault and not mine. They state in their email that they value their customers, but that is obviously not true at all in my case and the other bad reviews on here.

    Actually a zero would be most appropriate for this company. I never had a more painful experience for ordering something for my home. Delivery is now late for two weeks and they keep postponing it. Avoid this company even if they give you something for free. Isn’t worth the pain dealing with them! Although I try to support smaller suppliers, David Phillips is a company to stay away from! We still haven’t received our order, my only hope now is to get the right item (won’t be surprised if they mess up again at that point).

    What a shambles of an organisation. They provided us chairs which when I sat on cracked (I'm only 80Kg). When I called to complain they said that they were aware of the poor quality due to supply issues, yet they still sell the product. They said they'd come and collect the chairs but kept moving the collection time. The only silver lining, the staff at the end of the phone were very pleasant.

    overpriced, unhelpful and a mess of a job. I am overseas and wanted the place staged. They found extra things to charge me for. Failed to report a wardrobe taking up space in a room so put in a single bed. Decided to buy some furniture to rent my place so with tenants moving in they took away all the furniture including the items i had bought and paid for! Then had so much trouble getting them back, no compensation and 3 days until the items were returned, but the bed was dumped in pieces so i had to contact again to get it put back together. My poor tenants had nowhere to sit or sleep or eat and I lost rent having to compensate them. Not on for someone who can't be onsite. Very disappointed and let down.

    The worst Matresses In the world. How on earth are they sinking after 1 week of use? It sounds like a posh Gym "David Lloyds' but don't be fooled by the silly name, it's worse than your cheapest mattresses and is probably less firm than a HMP mattress. Thank god I didn't pay a penny for mine. What on earth is Orthopaedic Firm when I'm sinking like the titanic every night? Answer that honestly please and stop defending the awful quality of your products. Word is starting to build up now about your fraudulent brand and the cracks are appearing, I am at least delighted with this. :) P.s stop ruining people's sleep. Sort it out
