Sorry but am updating my previous rating, although the staff in the shop are still brilliant, trying to work with the workshop recently to design a bespoke ring, has been like a little Britain sketch where the computer says No!

Friendly and helpful staff in the Totton store and what I especially like is that my precious jewellery was collected in person and taken to the workshop and not sent by post. Highly recommend
