We know there are major issues in the NHS with waiting times / getting an appointment but I’ve found the surgery very helpful and always able to give me an appointment. The reception team are very busy but always able to assist somehow for an appointment and they also have an email service where you can email in your query or via their website. All their GPs are so helpful from Dr Liu, Dr Khan, Dr Wahaj as well as their locums. Special shout out to Ronnie, Shagufta and Noreen who have the patience to help me with my endless queries.

so after my 10 yr old niece went in as she has asthma an she was wheezing badly a dr at this surgery told her she`ll be fine and sent her on her way, then being taken to A&E the very next day to be given antibiotics so in essence you happen to fall ill you may aswell go to the local vetenary practice and be put down instead of even trying to get any medicine from clinic....

Leaving reviews isn't my bag but after repeated failure to provide an adequate service I want to warn people off wasting their time registering with the surgery. Admin staff have no training in the computer or local systems and still after 3 attempts to register with the surgery they failed. When I rang for an appointment to explain I was newly pregnant I was given an incorrect number to register the pregnancy and incorrect advice that GP had nothing to do with pregnant women anymore. No one has any idea what they're doing. Don't waste your time!
