Francesca and the team took their time to talk to me and walk through options without being rushed. Product knowledge was excellent. When my watch became available the sales process was really professional and I was really happy with my purchase. Highly recommend

The most perfect experience. Do not consider another jeweller without going and seeing these guys first. I travel from Nottingham to come and see these guys, as the service is the fine balance between professional and personable. Dan Cole has been amazing, and as far as I’m concerned will be only go to for anything jewellery. I’ve referred and recommended friends and colleagues, who have also confirmed they had the same experience. Theses guys have got it spot on, go see for yourself. A lovely placement in Altrincham and a stunning showroom are added bonus, but you will be made feel like an A lister.
